Registration for First Communion 2024

Children in Grade 2 and older, who have been baptized in the Catholic faith, are invited to register to prepare to celebrate the Sacrament of First Holy Communion.  Preparation takes place through the parish where the family worships on Sundays.  Children and parents will attend six monthly meetings at the church, as part of the preparation process.  We will providemeeting dates and times, when we receive your completed form.

Step #1 - Complete the registration form below.

Step #2 - Email a scan (or clear photo) of your completed form and a scan of your child’s Baptism Certificate to holyfamilyboltonoffice@gmail.com

Step #3 – You will receive an email confirming that you are registered and more information about the First Communion preparation meetings.
