Registration for Confirmation 2024

Children in Grade 7 and older, who have been baptized in the Catholic faith are invited to register to prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. Preparation takes place through the parish where the family worships on Sundays. Children and parents will attend six monthly meetings at the church, as part of the preparation process. We will provide the meeting dates and times when we receive your completed form.

Step #1 - Complete the registration form below.

Step #2 - Email a scan (or clear photo) of your completed form and a scan of your child’s Baptism Certificate to holyfamilyboltonoffice@gmail.com

Step #3 –You will receive an email confirming that you are registered and more information about the Confirmation preparation meetings.
