What is Holydays?
Holydays is a Catholic day camp at Holy Family Church for children who are currently enrolled in Grade 1 through Grade 6. It is staffed by trained high school and post-secondary students. Holydays is a fun place to grow in the Catholic faith. We offer prayer, singing, faith instruction and weekly mass. This program takes place at Holy Family Church.
Session Dates and Times
The day camp will run for 4 week-long sessions. Camp hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Week 1: July 4th - July 7th 2023
Week 2: July 10th - July 14th 2023
Week 3: July 17th - July 21st 2023
Week 4: July 24th - July 28th 2023
Week 5: July 31st - August 4th 2023
Activities
At Holydays, we allow the campers to “create their own adventure.” Campers are offered a choice of activities, which include hockey, cooking, soccer, crafts, drama, dodge ball, dance, and much more! Activities may be offered separately between our two age groups (Primary/Junior)
Outings
Campers in the Primary/Junior Program will go on an outing each Thursday. The following is a tentative schedule of outings:

Week 5: Science Centre

Mass
On Friday afternoons we celebrate mass together at Holy Family Church. Parents are welcome to join us.
Fees
The registration fee includes supervision, supplies, and outings/special event days. Children currently enrolled in Grades 1 through 3 attend the Primary Program. Children currently enrolled in Grades 4 through 6 attend the Junior Program. |

T-Shirts
Each camper will receive one Holydays T-Shirt during his/her first week of camp. This shirt must be worn on outings (Thursdays).
Extended Care Program
An Extended Care Program is available for parents who require additional hours of supervision for their children.
Morning care: 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM ($5.00 per day) Afternoon care: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM ($5.00 per day)
Registration Procedure
Registration will open on March 25th, 2023 at 10AM, and will be online. Please be aware that space is limited, and registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend you submit your registration early to avoid disappointment.

If a camp session is full, you can request to be put on a waiting list by emailing holydaysdaycamp@gmail.com with child name and session number listed.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration. There will be no exceptions made to this policy. You may pay online by debit or credit, or in person using cash or cheque. If paying by cheque, 50% of payment must be current dated, while 50% may be post-dated up to May 31st, 2018. There is a $30 charge for all cheques that are deemed Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF).
Refund Policy
If there is a waitlist for the chosen session and the request has been received more than two weeks prior to the start date, then a full refund, less a $30 withdrawal fee per participant per session, will be issued. If less than two weeks notice is given, please speak with Eric Luscombe about your refund.
What should my child bring to camp?
Parents will be contacted one week prior to the start of each session to outline activities that will be happening. Please remember to bring the following items each day:
