Holydays Registration

What is Holydays?
Holydays is a Catholic day camp at Holy Family Church for children who are currently enrolled in Grade 1 through Grade 6 that runs over the summer. It is staffed by trained high school and post-secondary volunteers. Holydays is a fun place to grow in the Catholic faith. We offer prayer, singing, faith instruction and weekly mass. This program takes place at Holy Family Church.

Session Dates and Times:
  • Week 1: July 6 - 10, 2026
  • Week 2: July 13 - 17, 2026
  • Week 3: July 20 - 24, 2026
  • Week 4: July 27 - 31, 2026
  • Week 5: August 4 - 7, 2026

Activities: 
At Holydays, we allow the campers to “create their own adventure.” Campers are offered a choice of activities, which include hockey, cooking, soccer, crafts, drama, dodgeball, dance, and much more! Activities are offered separately for each of the age groups (Primary and Junior). 

Outings:
Campers will be attending a trip on the Thursday of Camp. 

Mass:
We will be attending mass with the Parish on Friday at 10:00am. Parents are welcome to join us. 

Fees:

 The registration fee includes supervision, supplies, and outings/special event days: 

  • Week 1 (Mad Science) - $220
  • Week 2 (Super Heroes) - $220
  • Week 3 (Medieval Times) - $220
  • Week 4 (Olympics) - $220
  • Week 5 (Rainforest Rangers) - $195
Extended Care:
  • An Extended Care Program is available for parents who require additional hours of supervision for their children.
  • Morning care: 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM ($5.00 per day)
  • Afternoon care: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM ($10.00 per day) 

T-Shirts:
Each camper will receive one Holydays T-Shirt during his/her first week of camp. This shirt must be worn on outings (Thursdays). 

Registration Procedure:
Registration opens on February 21st, at 11:00 AM and will be online. Please be aware that space is limited, and registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend you submit your registration early to avoid disappointment. It will be announced once spots are full and following registrations will be put into a wait list in case spots open. Payment is not taken unless you have received a spot. 

What should my child bring to camp?:
Parents will be contacted one week prior to the start of each session to outline activities that will be happening. Please remember to bring the following items each day: 

  • Lunch
  • Sunscreen and hat 
  • Snacks
  • Running shoes and socks 
  • Water bottle
  • Extra set of clothing

Payment 
Full payment is required at the time of registration. There will be no exceptions made to this policy. Payment can be made in cash, by cheque, or using credit/debit at the parish office. There is a $30 charge for all cheques that are deemed Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF). Cheques can be made out to “Holy Family Church” with a memo for “Holydays.” 

Refund Policy 
If there is a waitlist for the chosen session and the request has been received more than two weeks prior to the start date, then a full refund, less a $30 withdrawal fee per participant per session, will be issued. No refund will be issued if there is no waitlist for the chosen session or if the request is received less than two weeks prior to the start date.
