Registration for Confirmation 2025

Registration for Spring 2025 is Now Open. 

Children in Grade 7 and older, who have been baptized in the Catholic faith are invited to register to prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.  Preparation takes place through the parish where the family worships on Sundays. Children and parents will attend six monthly meetings at the church, as part of the preparation process. We will provide the meeting dates and times when we recieve your completed forms.

Step 1: Complete the registration form

Step 2: Email scanned form along with child's Baptism Certificate to holyfamilyboltonoffice@gmail.com 

Step 3: You will receive an email confirming that you registered and m ore information about the Confirmation preparation meetings.
